Instant Pot Garlic Lime Chicken Thighs Recipe
- 8 bone-in and skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- toasted sesame seeds
Place chicken thighs in an instant pot.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds. Whisk well, then pour spicy mixture over the chicken.
Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 22 minutes.
Using the Natural Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid. Using tongs, remove cooked chicken from the pot and transfer to a serving plate.
Switch the instant pot to saute mode. Simmer the liquid for 5 minutes.
Turn off the saute mode. Add chicken back to the pot and stir to coat with sauce.
Transfer chicken thighs to serving plates. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
