2 x 140g packets Blue Dragon spicy Szechuan stir-fry sauce
1/4 cup mint leaves
Step 1 Cook the noodles following packet directions or until just tender. Refresh under cold water. Drain.
Step 2 Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the mince for 5 minutes or until browned. Add the capsicum, carrot and half the chilli and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until just tender.
Step 3 Add the broccoli and noodles and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add the sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute or until broccoli is heated through. Divide the stir-fry among bowls and top with mint and remaining chilli.
